CEO & Founder Sev Amranyan had hands-on experience getting into the commercial real estate industry when acquiring his first investment property in 2013. Having gone through this stressful process of purchasing without proper guidance, he decided to provide the level of service he expected and did not receive by joining a top boutique investment real estate firm in the greater Los Angeles area. There he was the recipient of numerous awards and was able to transition quickly into successfully helping clients meet and surpass their investment goals. Since then, Sev has been mentioned in many publications including Bisnow, RenTV and Costar for breaking sales records and selling notable properties throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

A native Angeleno, Sev attended California State University Northridge, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minor in Real Estate. In his college career he competed in Division I basketball and still enjoys playing in his free time along with other activities such as surfing, traveling, cycling and cooking.
